Dang blog...it ate my last post. :(

Anyway, I thought that after the "Big Day", Saturday & Sunday would be a piece of cake. Just not of the free sample from MacArthurs kind. Saturday started off easy, Mom, Dad and I went to breakfast and then spent an hour and a half at the St Louis zoo. I love that place. Anyway, we got back and Dad & I rode while Mom walked. Then we headed out to hotels to get some info on holding blocks of rooms, so I have a few numbers to call (probably not until Wed simply because my meeting schedule will not permit it.) Then that evening we went to my Aunt Mary's to talk flowers. And my brain locked up. Completely. I looked at books of flowers and they all looked pretty. Finally we did decide on a few things, and my aunt, who's been doing this forever, coaxed my poor engineering, artistry-impaired brain through the process. About all I can say is we're going with shades of pale pink, and I did want a few roses in the mix. Other than that, I have no idea. On the way home it occurred to me that it had been a busier day than I thought.

Sunday was a little easier. Mom, Dad & I went to St Cecilia's for mass and to take photos, and count pews (30 rows, which we estimate to hold 600). Then it was a bike ride for Dad and a jog for me while Mom got things ready for my Grandmother to come over for dinner. It was a nice day overall, a bit easier than the previous two action packed days.

Now I just have to pack, and prepare for leaving the house at 5:45 AM to go to the airport and back to normal life. And tomorrow, it's a romantic evening with my fiance washing machine shopping. Just crazy fools in love!
